We are excited to welcome our students, their families, friends, and guests to our inaugural Commencement Ceremony, honoring the Class of 2025. 
 
On this page, you’ll find important information to help make the Commencement Day experience as smooth as possible.
 
Tickets are not required, and there is no limit to the amount of guests students can bring. Please make sure students fill out their RSVP form by April 18th, which will allow them to share how many guests will accompany them to the ceremony and reception to follow.
 
Guests should plan to arrive at the Duval County Courthouse by 10:15 a.m. to allow ample time to pass through security and find their way to the ceremony. The ceremony will take place on the second floor in the Jury Selection Room (203). Signs and staff will be in place to direct you. Guests are required to pass through security in order to enter the Duval County Courthouse. Please review the link below for more information about the screening process and prohibited items. - 
 
Parking at the Duval County Courthouse is available in the Courthouse Parking Garage at . The entrance is on Clay Street. The rate is $4/hour or $10/day.
 
Following the ceremony and class photos, graduates, faculty and staff will walk back to the law school. Graduates’ guests are welcome to join on the return recessional walk.   
 
We will be hosting a reception at the College of Law (121 W. Forsyth St. Jacksonville, FL 32202) for students and their invited guests immediately following the ceremony, photos, and recessional. Food and beverages will be provided.
